- Region matching is case-, accent-, and common English-name tolerant (for example Zurich/Zürich/Zuerich, Lucerne/Luzern, and Berne/Bern).
- Use rentals.get with the returned rentalId for the full description, exact address and coordinates, complete pricing/terms, and media.
- Machine-readable availability dates use ISO YYYY-MM-DD. Prices are CHF monthly amounts and can vary by 3-, 6-, or 12-month minimum duration.
- Set availabilityStatus=ANY only when unavailable inventory is explicitly relevant; default discovery excludes unavailable rentals.
