You run elron club day to day — operations, team, numbers and partners — as an all-rounder leading a small, family-like team. What the founder still does himself passes to you.

What you do
- Coordinate viewings, handovers, cleanings, final inspections and renovations — with Lucas Kofmel (Letting) and Ramona Rieder (Interior). Every apartment is back to standard after a move-out.
- Support the team and take over when it gets tight: tenant requests, support cases, inquiries — and keep the Hub up to date daily.
- Control debtors every month, check invoices, and keep the budget in hand with our external accounting team.
- Solve the difficult tenant cases: reminders, terminations, collections management — legally correct.
- Look after and grow our corporate partners; own marketing and online marketing.
What you bring
- Experience in real estate, property or facility management — or you've built a small team or a start-up. The field is broad.
- You find solutions, and you find them fast.
- You understand a budget. You don't need to do the bookkeeping.
- You like working independently, remotely and alone — secure without a corporate structure.
- You're stable in life, with a family or without.
- You live in the Zürich–Basel–Luzern triangle or will move there. Confident German, fluent English.

- Remote, on a laptop. Nobody sits next to you in an office, and nobody has to.
- On site in the properties in Luzern, Basel and Zürich when quality is at stake.
- Coworking at the Luzern head office and in Basel-Münchenstein, whenever you want a desk.
- Work when there's work. Quiet days and full days — not a job to burn out in.
