Yes, the minimum rental period is 3 months, after which the lease continues indefinitely.
The notice period in Switzerland is regulated by law and is 3 months.
All costs, such as furniture, utilities, electricity, heating, internet, fees, etc., are included in the rent. There are no hidden costs. (Serafe excluded.)
The final cleaning is generally included in the price. Regular maintenance cleanings can be booked additionally if needed.
We accept payments via bank transfer in CHF. Credit cards are accepted for the regular rent, but not for the payment of the security deposit.
Yes, a security deposit of at least one month's rent is required. Depending on the risk group, higher security deposits may be agreed upon as per Terms and Conditions 4.1.1.
The rent is due no later than the 1st of the month. The first month's rent and the security deposit are due 10 days after the signing of the lease agreement.
Yes, we exclusively rent furnished apartments.
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped and functional.
Yes, a set of bed linens and towels is provided in the apartment at the start.
The apartment handover can be done remotely or in person. Please specify your preferences.
Pets are generally allowed, provided the type and number are permissible. Please refer to Terms and Conditions 4.1.1.4 for details.
Residence permit matters are solely the responsibility of the tenant. You must register with the municipality upon moving in (for permanent residence or weekly stay).
Yes, the lease agreement can be concluded through a company, but the residing person(s) will also be listed as contractual partners. Invoicing can be directed to any company or person.
