Check access and conditions
Access to shared rooms depends on the location, your offer and applicable rules. A tenancy does not automatically grant access to every shared room at every site.
Request a reservation
Give the team the room or terrace, date, start and end time and intended use. Wait for explicit confirmation. A message or an apparently empty room does not constitute a reservation.
If a room or access is locked, report the exact location and your intended access method. The appointment workflow for moving in or out is not a general shared-room booking calendar.
