Your apartment is subject to its agreed contract and building rules. Check them for pets, visitors, smoking, shared rooms and quiet hours. Ask about unclear or special uses before applying a general statement to your apartment.

Changes and disturbances
Coordinate installations or alterations, such as an air conditioner with an outdoor unit, with the team beforehand. Do not assume equipment is permitted at every location.
Report recurring disturbances in the portal with location, time and a factual description. Use public emergency help in immediate danger.
