In immediate danger, call the appropriate emergency service: 112 general emergency, 117 police, 118 fire, 144 ambulance. Do not wait for a portal or email reply in a dangerous situation.
An urgent building problem
Open the affected tenancy in the resident portal and use its released emergency contacts. Choose the contact for your building and the stated scope.
If the first contact does not answer, try a listed backup. Have your address, apartment, problem description and callback number ready. Also tell elron club if an emergency number did not work. Sending elron club a message does not guarantee immediate attendance.
Without portal access
The general emergency numbers remain available without signing in. For a building issue, use the existing building guidance or contact elron club through the contact page. The office hours shown there still apply.
