Apartment Wi-Fi

Find connection details in the portal and report a connection problem.

Help with your apartment

Find Wi-Fi, appointments, documents and your cases in the resident portal.

Open resident portal

Connect to the right network

Eligible residents can reveal the available connection details for their own apartment in the portal during their stay. These details are not public. Coworking guests use the separate staff-assisted access process.

An OTO number identifies a fibre connection. It can help with technical investigation but is not a Wi-Fi password. Coordinate before changing router or administrator settings.

Report a connection problem

Tell us whether the network is missing, the connection fails, or only particular rooms or devices are affected. Include when it started, affected devices and any error message. Comparing a second device of your own can help describe the scope.

Report missing details, insufficient connectivity for your work or a recurring fault through the portal. Do not put passwords in public forms or screenshots.

Ethernet and television

A wall socket does not mean every network outlet is active. For Ethernet or television questions, identify the socket, device and any visible error. Ask about the settings or services intended for your apartment; do not factory-reset routers or central equipment.
