Report a fault or defect

Report appliance, furniture, door or other problems with the right details.

Help with your apartment

Find Wi-Fi, appointments, documents and your cases in the resident portal.

Open resident portal

Open a portal case

Select the correct tenancy and describe the item, location, fault and when it started. Add useful photos and any visible error or model number. Explain how you can be reached for an appointment and whether apartment access is required.

For an existing problem, add to the same thread rather than opening several reports for the same issue. Also tell us there if it starts working again.

Repair and follow-up

A report and a confirmed repair appointment are different steps. Follow the portal updates and refer to the existing case when asking for progress. Do not open electrical appliances or commission chargeable work without the necessary coordination.

Use emergency help for immediate danger or an urgent building issue. The portal does not replace an emergency call in a dangerous situation.

Access and other building issues

Also report intercom, lift, parcel-room or pest problems with the location, timing and useful photos. Explicitly coordinate any required access and appointment. A report alone does not confirm a visit or authorize unannounced entry to your apartment.
