Your building contact
Open your resident portal and select the relevant tenancy. It shows the contacts released for your building. If no contact is shown or you cannot sign in, contact elron club.
Report a problem
In the portal, describe what is affected, when the problem started and whether access to the apartment is needed. Photos and an error message help us route it. Continue an existing case in the same thread so the information stays together.
Responsibilities vary by building and issue: the caretaker, management or a specialist may be responsible. Coordinate before commissioning chargeable work.
