Request an earlier handover
Tell elron club your requested handover date through the portal or in writing. Returning the apartment early does not by itself end rent liability. The handover date and end of financial responsibility are confirmed separately.
Confirm release and costs
Any possible earlier release, for example with a suitable replacement tenant, must be assessed and confirmed for your tenancy. Your agreed terms and the confirmed circumstances govern the outcome.
