Prepare the confirmed handover
Follow the released portal instructions for preparation, handover time and keys. Check the inventory and personal belongings and report outstanding matters before handover. A requested appointment is binding only after confirmation.
Statement and refund
The report, final statement and assessment of deposit release are separate steps after handover. Moving out alone does not guarantee immediate release or a particular refund. Outstanding items and the agreed deposit arrangement are taken into account.
