Terminate your lease

Notice period, earliest end date and submitting your notice.

Check your agreement

Your notice period and earliest possible end date follow your signed rental agreement and any addenda. Minimum term and notice period are different: reaching the end of a minimum term does not automatically end an open-ended agreement.

For a fixed-term agreement, check the agreed end date and continuation provisions. Your portal shows the available tenancy terms and released documents.

Submit your notice

Use the termination section in the portal or submit written notice through the channel specified in your agreement. Follow its form and receipt requirements. Complete any signature required in the portal.

Check the confirmed dates afterwards. An inquiry, requested handover or move alone does not confirm a changed contract end. Contact elron club if you cannot access the portal.
