Use the current payment instructions

Your current invoice or payment instructions specify the amount, due date, currency, accepted method and reference. Follow those exact details. A transfer confirmation does not necessarily mean the payment has already been allocated.

For international transfers, possible bank charges or an imminent arrival, check with the team in time whether the proposed method and receipt timing are sufficient. Do not send card details or account credentials in a message.

A deposit is separate from rent

The deposit and rent serve different purposes. Do not deduct the deposit from your first or final rent payment yourself. The deposit arrangement and evidence required by your agreement must be satisfied separately.
